How to clock in
- 1Open the Comffee app on your phone, or a browser tab on a computer.
- 2Go to Merchant, then Clock in.
- 3Scan your face to punch in or out.
Clock-in rules
MethodFace scan only. No PIN or password.
PhoneLocked to your account. Admin can reset.
LocationChecked only when you clock in or out.
Face dataDeleted 30 days after you stop working.
Time recordsKept for 3 years.
If something goes wrong
- On a phone browser: install the app first, then open Merchant, then Clock in.
- Open shift is stale: wait for the till to check in again.
- No shift showing: your POS cashier login may not be linked yet. Ask your admin.
- Branch not published: ask the owner to publish the branch page first.
- No staff access yet: ask the owner to invite your Gmail.
