Close your account with a 30-day window to change your mind.
What it is
Closing your account is not instant. It happens 30 days later.
Sign in any day before then to get everything back, unchanged.
How to close it
- 1Open your profile page.
- 2Settle anything open first: your wallet, any cafe, stay, or booking.
- 3Type DELETE to confirm.
- 4You're signed out right away.
- 5The account closes 30 days later.
What it needs first
- Wallet balance under ₱1. Spend or withdraw first if it's more.
- No open cafe, stay, seat request, top-up, order, or booking.
- If you sell, host, or own a cafe: a face scan and emailed code first.
During the 30 days
Sign inRestores everything, unchanged.
Do nothingAccount closes for good after 30 days.
Money roleRestoring asks for a face check again.
Game credit sellingPaused until you switch it back on.
If closing did not finish, signing in shows a deleted notice.
If something goes wrong
- Confirmation needed: confirm it's you first, then try again.
- Past 30 days: the account can no longer be restored.
- Already erased: this account has already been deleted.
- If a check fails to load, closing stays blocked too.
- Could not close your account: try again in a minute.
- Could not restore your account: try again in a minute.
