How to become a host
- 1Apply with your details and a live face scan.
- 2Wait for Comffee to review it.
- 3List your slot with its price and papers.
- 4Add an owner's letter if it isn't yours.
- 5Wait for the listing to be reviewed.
- 6Accept or decline requests within 24 hours.
- Send your slot's papers to the condo office for confirmation.
- Confirmed: download the letter, security can scan its QR code.

If something goes wrong
- Not approved: read the reason, you can reapply any time.
- Slot was taken: a 50% penalty and one strike against you.
- Two strikes: your host account is suspended.
- Penalty charges: taken from future earnings, never demanded directly.
- Suspended: temporary, the reason is shown, wait it out.
- Closed: your host account was permanently closed.
