How to rent a slot
- 1Pick a developer, condo, tower, and slot.
- 2Choose Monthly or Short stay.
- 3Say if you live there or are a guest.
- 4Fill in your vehicle and contact details.
- 5Add your GCash number for refunds.
- 6Pay and wait for the host to accept.
What it costs
Service fee2% added to the price you pay.
Host fee1% taken from the host's earnings.
Example: ₱5,000 slotYou pay ₱5,100, the host gets ₱4,950.
Monthly renewalManual, no automatic charge each month.
If something goes wrong
- Host declines or doesn't answer in 24 hours: you're refunded in full.
- Slot is taken when you arrive: report it with a photo in 24 hours.
- Report window closed: contact us instead.
- Guest booking with no proof: attach proof before you submit.
- Dates just taken: someone booked first, pick different dates.
- Account suspended: you can't book until it's lifted.
- Your own slot: block the dates on your listing instead.
- Renewal failed: try again, or contact us if it keeps failing.
