What it costs

Security deposit₱0 to ₱5,000, set by the host.
Guest feeA percent of the stay cost, on top.
Balance due3 days before check-in.
Default is ₱1,000 if the host does not set one.
Deposits are returned by a person, not automatically. The host, Comffee, or you (by GCash) can start it.
If something goes wrong
- Balance unpaid past its due date: the stay is cancelled, payment forfeited.
- Partial payment unavailable: too close to check-in, pay in full instead.
- Host filed a damage claim: confirm or decline within 7 days by email.
- No answer in 7 days: Comffee decides the claim instead of you.
- Claim link no longer valid: contact us for a new one.
