What it is
Check-in instructions, including the door code, arrive by email and in your booking chat.
When they arrive
- Your stay is paid in full.
- Every guest has passed the selfie check.
- Your booking isn't held for review.
Before it's ready
Before you pay in full, the chat says instructions are coming. If a branch hasn't uploaded any yet, it asks you to message for them.
If something goes wrong
- Balance still due: a partial booking needs it paid first.
- A guest not verified yet: instructions wait until they pass.
